RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns

It is possible to return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt. If 14 days have passed, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Items can only be returned if the product matches the product on our website. They must be returned in their original condition, unused and undamaged with their original packaging and labels. If we notice that our clothes are damaged, dirty, worn, or washed we have the right to refuse this returned item.

If accepted, the full amount of the returned products (not of the shipping costs) will be refunded to your account within 10 working days.


How to return?

Step 1: Inform us at info@petitemorgane.be
Step 2: Send the package (with track & trace code) to the address that you will receive by e-mail.



Shipping costs


Returns must be sent with a track & trace code. You are responsible for the shipping and the shipping costs for returning your item(s). If you want to sent the package without a track & trace code and the order gets lost, it is your own responsibility. 

 

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or refusal of your refund. Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed and the credit will be deposited into your account within 3-7 business days.

 

Sale items

Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at info@petitemorgane.be. If you want to exchange it for a different size, color, etc., you must follow the return process described above and re-order the desired product on our website.

 

Change or cancel your order

If you want to change or cancel something after you have placed an order, we advise you to contact us immediately at info@petitemorgane.be. We will see if it is still possible to change or cancel your order. However, we can only do this if the order has not been shipped yet. After the order has been shipped, we cannot change anything about the order.
